June 11, 2009 - Kyle's Last Day of First Grade

Kyle had a great year in first grade. He loved his teacher, Mrs. Jennings. He learned so much this year. We are so proud of what a smart grown up boy he has become. Now onto second grade!!!
My plan was to upload the video for this post, but it is too big! So, unless I can figure out how to make it smaller, this one little photo will have to do! Kyle's class "performed" plays on the last day of school. They had been doing this throughout the year. So, for the last day of school this was the BIG activity of the day! Kyle was so excited. His group read Beauty and the Beast. Kyle's part was the Merchant aka Belle's dad.

If you look behind the kids - each group made a scene for their play. They made little hats that had the name of their part on them. It was very cute and all of the kids were so excited to have all of the parents into see the plays.
