Better Late Than Never!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone! I am only a few weeks late. We have been so busy with the holidays and then school starting again. I just wanted to share a few pictures from Christmas.

Here we are on Christmas Eve. We had such a nice evening. The older kids and I went to Christmas Eve mass with my Mother-In-Law Lucia, Sister-In-Law Diana and Niece Ashley. Then we came home, had a nice dinner and exchanged gifts. We've been doing this with Carl's side of the family for the past few years and it has become such a wonderful tradition.

Here's baby Hailey on her very first Christmas morning! She had the best time with all the presents. I'm not sure she understood, but she sure liked all the paper and bows!

Next week is Hannah's ice skating recital. I video tape every recital. If I'm really good I may actually get the videos posted so you all can see how great she is doing. (Just so we are all on the same page, my definition of "great" in regards to ice skating is being able to move without falling down! - I would be flat on my face so I am soooo impressed with our little Hannah!)

Here she is a few weeks ago. The last five minutes of each lesson they get to play a game. At this session they played hockey. I had to get this picture for Carl since he is such a huge hockey fan. He was so proud to see her with a hockey stick out on the ice!
